I tried raw milk for the first time just recently before giving up milk altogether. It was pretty good but I wanted to see what the effect would be of not drinking milk at all on my health. Also, if and when I do have a baby I plan to breastfeed for 2 years if I can.

My Dog loves rotten meat. when I feed her pork neck bones she will bury it for a few weeks until it stinks, than roll in it and than devour it. She is as healthy as can be. The Barbarians used to let fresh meat hang in the sun till it rots before eating it to make it more digestible.
MSG, Fluoride and processed food is an other story. Just keep eating it and you will see! Pasteurized milk is probably the worst food you could eat (besides sugar)!

I appreciate the simple solution at the end: “eat a natural diet that has been proven of the course of thousands of years, [then] you don’t need to.. worry”

He is saying that it is the best source of omega 3s. However, it is probably a good idea to increase your intake of selenium or chloretta which act as a heavy metal chelator.

Povidone Iodine and Flax oil is how you can get what is most important of seafood nutrition in your diet. That be iodine and omega 3 oil. Iodine is mostly in the oceans, but can be nutritionally acquired by dripping povidone iodine on your skin, 2 drops per day of 10% iodine is 13mg or a good amount for an adult. Omega 3 is in leafy greens, flax and hemp.

It’s the mercury in canned tuna that pregnant women need to stay away from. Are you saying that the nutrition from fish outweighs the risk of mercury poisoning?

Great video Loren but youre title is misleading. Food isnt making America stupid, Americans are making America stupid!!! We have never truly been a very intelligent society and had it not been for the actions of the secret powers toppling governments around the world and forcing them to accept the dollar, America never would have ascended to the position it is/was in. The American mind-manipulative media also has a hand in the dumbing down of America, but I say, we have always been dumb!!!

The key issue with your thesis is cost. Few people understand why things get more and more expencive and their income does not keep up.

The issue is simple, the monetary system robs from the poor and middle class and gives to the rich and wealthy via their understanding of how to use it to transfer wealth to them.

Basically the cost of the fish, organic meat and vegies have not gone up the value of the money has gone down. This is impossible for the average man to see.

If your worried about eating fish don’t eat wild caught. Eat farm raised, better for you better for the environment.

An inadequate diet will lower IQ. But I think that so many things that Americans are not even aware of that further lower IQ such as High Fructose Corn Syrup which 1/3 of HFCS contains mercury. Fluoride which is not only in the water but also in a lot of prescription drugs and is not listed as an ingredient. Natural Flavorings & Colorings & aspartame not only are damaging to the brain, but they are not really labeled as to what they are or are called something else on labeling, sneaky sneaky

taking the red pill in life is a never ending way of live, which consists of seeking the ultimate truth in every area of your life. Maybe you think you found it but there has to be enough freedom in your mind to question your “truth” if something doesnt add up. The ultimate truth is far more challenging as you probably think. if you re brave enough to walk that path just watch the last 3 videos of manoftruthhealth channel. and if you re really brave you open your mind to it.

Great video.

A couple of years ago I went Atkins (which basically cuts out excess carbs and processed foods) and organic meat (which is unfortunately a lot pricier).

A lot of health messages are nuanced and complicated and hard to get across to a jaded public tired of being told what to do by the authorities.

I think a message of Atkins/low carb and organic meat is doable and would achieve a diet close to what lorax is talking about.

Yeah hair loss is very common with a vegetarian diet also damages thyroid function, etc.. Definitely don’t recommend it unless your detoxing for a short time. Like Lorax I advocate a traditional diet. The vegetarian diet has been around for less then 200 years.

Breast feeding for up to two years is what I recommend for babies.
Have you tried raw milk?

it’s always the question with correlations: do you get smart from eating fish or do you eat fish because you are smart, or is there no causal relation at all?
The usual way this ends up is: the thing under my control is the cause, the thing out of my control is the effect. So I have an indirect control of what I thought I did not have control of. Is it just build in optimism?
