DBSK can keep on performing together even though some of them leave SM (highly unlikely)
why?
SM applied for the rights to TVXQ/DBSK’s name, but the application was denied. SM cannot own the rights to the word “East” because it refers to all of Asia (or something like that).
So no one owns the name DBSK exclusively, thus DBSK can keep on performing together.

Actually, I’m pretty sure the issue has been settled – there is no word of DBSK breaking up and I doubt there is even a slim chance of it happening. The problem isn’t with the members themselves but with SM entertainment, in fact the members have quoted that all 5 of them want to be DBSK even if they are no longer supported by SM. They are still like family so that makes me really glad =] Maybe they have gotten more mature, but they still have very dorky/silly moments in 2009 ^ ^ So don’t worry!

i love dbsk a lot ,i am a very very big fan of them,but ever since this whole lawsuit thing came i have been really scared that the group is going to brake up,now dont get my word wrong but,i hardly see them together anymore laughing how i see them laughing in this clip,i hardly see them bonding like this,i love yunjae but i dont see any yunjae going on lately.i just hope that nothing is going on between them cause i am worried,dbsk fighting all the way,hope i am not over reacting
