You got to admire the layback attitude of the cop though. Unphased by the cursing, or the guy trying to rip his booklet away.
No offense to the cop because i know how tough a job that can be, but he won’t get the I love my job award there.

That is the most passive cop in the world. At about 0:13, most normal cops would have that guy out of the car and on the ground ready to use the spray/taser. That’s crazy.
