This is a HD (720p) version of a 300 Music video I uploaded a year ago. I tried to tell the whole story in the video, if you haven’t watched the movie, beware of spoilers. Thanks to everyone for the incredible support and comments, I am so glad you all liked my work, hope to have time to come up with some more crazy videos.

In this video the Persians seem more like rioters with their faces covered and what not, and the Spartans seem like Riot police with the shields, armor, and discipline.

Also two of Xerxes brothers Abrocomes and Hyperanthes died in battle. After the first day roughly 20,000 Persians were killed and only 2,500 Greek / Spartans. At that point Leonidas sent the Greeks away and, was left with 300 Spartans(thus the name) 900 Helots, and 700 Thespians who refused to leave.

Including the Greeks that the city-states sent to aid Leonidas, they were about 4,000 to 7,000 strong… And just a quick note Leonidas means “lion-like”

should stay and fight to death. The spartans were killing machines. The persian king wanted to fight hand to hand as the persian tradition was, but since so many was killed he pulled his men out and ordered his archers to kill them all.

The real story is the persians (evil) gathered 250000 men and captured city to city into europe. But the greek that had small wars between the different states united and gathered soldiers. Sparta sent 300 and their king. He sent first the other greeks to fight. Persia had alot of archers and light troops. When the greek were tired the king Leonidas sent in his spartans to fight. Wave after wave was killed. But the persians outflanked them. Leonidas told the greeks to go home while the spartans
